Broadband Internet Access
As global communications across all markets and applications become increasingly linked to the IP standard, SatCoNet solutions are several spheres ahead of the pace. SatCoNet uses technology that enhances the end user experience, accelerates traffic, saves bandwidth and delivers IP based applications such as video conferencing, VoIP, e-mail, rich/multimedia file transfer and software

Video and Audio Broadcast
Audio and video can be broadcast from the hub to any VSAT on the SatCoNet network. The service is ideally suited for distance education and training of employees at geographically dispersed locations.
A TV can be connected to the each VSAT and training programs can be broadcast to be viewed at each remote site. Clients can either deliver training content in video tapes or SatCoNet has three studios where the trainer can deliver training programs which can be delivered to the client’s sites.
At each site telephone links can be provided back to the studio so that participants in the training programs can communicate with the lecturers at the SatCoNet studios.
This can be a very effective manner to provide training to a large number of client staff without having to move staff and normally using 2 / 3 hours during or immediately after working hours thereby not affecting the normal working schedules.
These services can also used for clients own advertising within client sites e.g. running promotion adverts within post offices.

Telephone and Fax services
Clients can call using telephones and send faxes to their own sites or to the SatCoNet hub for support through the SatCoNet network. Calls / faxes outside the clients group of sites is not supported at present as the Public Data Operator License of SatCoNet does not allow for the same. Such services should be availed from authorized PSTN operators.

 

Unified Communications
Unified Communications platforms offer one seamless interface to modern day business communication and collaboration needs. They integrate voice, video conferencing, e-mail, and instant messaging in one environment, which can be accessed in the office and via mobile devices. Routing and Switching
